| Dr. Nathan Zommer, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer |
| Dr. Zommer founded IXYS in 1983, and throughout his tenure, Dr. Zommer has advocated for energy-efficient technologies as strategic investment opportunities. Dr. Zommer has served as a director since 1983, and as chairman of the board, president and CEO since March 1993. Prior to founding IXYS, Dr. Zommer served in a variety of positions with Intersil, Hewlett Packard and General Electric. Dr. Zommer received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Physical Chemistry from Tel Aviv University and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. |

| Mr. Uzi Sasson, President & Chief Financial Officer |
| Mr. Sasson serves as the company's president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for financial management and operational efficiencies. He has worked at IXYS since 2004, initially serving as the company's CFO and vice president of finance. During his nearly 15-year tenure in the financial industry, Mr. Sasson served as CEO for tax/accounting firm Sagent Management, CFO for Digital Power Corp. and vice president at Mercury Interactive Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Sasson was a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. |

| Mr. Peter Ingram, General Manager for IXYS Germany |
| Mr. Ingram serves as a General Manager of IXYS Germany. Previously, he served as IXYS' president of European operations from 2000 to 2009. From 1994 to 2000, he served as IXYS’ vice president of European operations. From 1989 to 1994, he served as IXYS' director of wafer fab operations. Mr. Ingram worked with the semiconductor operations of ABB from 1982 until IXYS acquired those operations in 1989. Mr. Ingram received an honors degree in chemistry from the University of Nottingham. |

| Mr. Bradley Green, VP of International Sales & General Manager of IXYS Switzerland |
| Mr. Green serves as the vice president of international sales with responsibility for the technical support and sales activities within the European, Asian and Far East territories. Additionally, he serves as the general manager of the IXYS division in Biel, Switzerland. Mr. Green came to IXYS via the Westcode Semiconductor acquisition in 2002, where he had a technical role within the semiconductor development and evaluation laboratory since 1996. Prior to Westcode, Mr. Green held an engineering design position in the thin film semiconductor laboratories of British Aerospace. |

| Steve Darrough, Vice President of IXYS Marketing |
| Steve Darrough is Vice President of IXYS Marketing. Steve joined Zilog in 2008, handling the divisions marketing presence, product development and strategic campaigns. Since IXYS’ acquisition of Zilog, Steve was named VP of IXYS Marketing. Previously, Steve held marketing management and technical engineering roles at Intel Corporation for over 14 years where he led several teams, driving new technologies directly relating to current products initiatives and evangelizing new technologies. |

| Mr. Mark Heisig, VP & General Manager of Clare Inc. |
| Mr. Heisig has served as the Vice President and General Manager of Clare Inc. since June of 2002. He joined Clare in 1996 as VP of R&D, and was later named the VP of the communications products division of Clare. Before joining Clare, Mr. Heisig spearheaded the HVIC business unit of Reading, PA-based AT&T. Previously, he was an application engineering manager at Harris Corporation in Somerville, NJ. From 1979-1989 he held various positions at Sprague Electric Semiconductor Division. Mr. Heisig holds a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. |

| Ms. Thea Kern, General Manager for IXYS Germany |
| Ms. Thea Kern has served as a General Manager of IXYS Germany since of November 2006, responsible for purchasing, finance & administration and human resources. Prior to that, Ms. Kern served as an IXYS Germany Vice President, charged with finance and general business responsibilities. Ms. Kern has been a member of the IXYS organization since 1989, when IXYS Corporation purchased the Germany division from ABB. |

| Mr. Jeroen van Zeeland, General Manager for IXYS Germany |
| Mr. van Zeeland serves as a general manager of IXYS Germany, where he oversees R&D, production and marketing. He joined IXYS in 2005, initially serving as the IGBT product marketing manager and later as the overall semiconductor marketing manager at IXYS Germany. During his nearly 15 years of industry experience, Mr. van Zeeland was a development/product marketing manager with Philips Lighting Electronics. During this tenure, he participated in the "electrification" of high intensity discharge (HID) lamp drivers. Mr. van Zeeland received his BSC degree in applied physics from Fontys University in the Netherlands. |

| Mr. Mike Speckman, President and General Manager for Zilog |
| Mr. Speckman joined Zilog in July 2007 as VP of Worldwide Sales. Prior to joining Zilog, he held VP of sales positions at various start-up and multinational semiconductor companies including Waferscale Integration, Fujitsu Microelectronics and Symwave. In 1979, Mr. Speckman started his career at Advanced Micro Devices after a successful string of proprietary owned small businesses. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Los Angeles |

Dr. Donald L. Feucht |

Dr. Feucht has served as an IXYS director since July 2000. From 1992 until his retirement in 1998, Dr. Feucht served as vice president for operations at Associated Western Universities. He was employed as a program management specialist for EG&G Rocky Flats, Inc. from 1990 until 1992. Prior to 1990, Dr. Feucht served in several positions with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, including deputy director. Prior to joining the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, he served as Professor of Electrical Engineering and Associate Dean at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Feucht received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. |

Samuel Kory |

Mr. Kory has served as an IXYS director since November 1999. In 1988, he founded Samuel Kory Associates, a management consulting firm. Since founding the firm, Mr. Kory has served as the firm’s sole proprietor and principal. Mr. Kory previously served as president and CEO of Sensor Technologies USA, vice president for business development and sales of IXYS, division general manager and corporate director of marketing for Seiko Instruments USA, and an international manager for Spectra Physics Inc. Mr. Kory received his B.S.M.E. from Pennsylvania State University. |

Dr. S. Joon Lee |

Dr. Lee has served as an IXYS director since July 2000. Since 1990, Dr. Lee has served as president of Omni Microelectronics, a sales representative company. Dr. Lee also served as president of Adaptive Logic, a semiconductor company, from 1991 until 1996. Previously, Dr. Lee served as president of Samsung Semiconductor. Dr. Lee received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. |

Timothy A. Richardson |
|
Mr. Richardson has served as an IXYS director since June 2007. Mr. Richardson is an electronics industry veteran who has been employed as the CFO of Jupiter Foundation since May 2007. At Sirenza Microdevices, Inc., a supplier of radio frequency components for electronics, he was the chief strategy advisor from October 2006 to April 2007. From May 2002 to October 2006, Mr. Richardson was the president and CEO of Micro Linear Corporation, an integrated circuit company specializing in wireless applications. Prior to that, he served as the executive vice president of business development at Bandwidth 9, a manufacturer of optical components for the telecommunications market, and as the president and co-founder of VeriFiber Technologies, an optical component and systems manufacturer. |

James M. Thorburn |
|
Mr. Thorburn has served as an IXYS director since March 2007. Mr. Thorburn has been a consultant since August 2006. He served as CEO and chairman of ZiLOG, Inc. from January 2002 until August 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Thorburn held various executive positions including senior vice president and COO of ON Semiconductor, operating consultant with Texas Pacific Group and management positions at National Semiconductor. Mr. Thorburn holds a BSc.(Hons.) degree from the University of Glasgow and is a qualified accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the United Kingdom. |

Kenneth D. Wong |
|
Mr. Wong's primary duties are to oversee finance, treasury and accounting functions of MENLO EQUITIES and its partner affiliates. He is responsible for the overall management of financial reporting, financial analysis, risk management policies and controls. Prior to joining MENLO EQUITIES, Mr. Wong was a manager in the San Francisco office of Coopers & Lybrand LLP, where he specialized in financing and tax consulting on real estate, partnerships and real estate investments. Mr. Wong is a certified public accountant in California. He received a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Wong's professional memberships include the California State Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. |
